UFC Gym - MBZ City

CSQ provided cost and project management services for the new UFC Gym in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, as part of a larger expansion throughout the GCC region. 

The client’s focus was to create a high-quality design and fit-out, with consideration for the internationally recognised brand. The design and construction involved technically challenging based build conditions including infill of an existing pool and upgrades to the fresh air and air conditioning systems.
