CSQ led the Technical Due Diligence across the hotel estate that included five villa series and an equestrian centre. CSQ’s report informed the clients development strategy whilst identifying the immediate repair and life safety upgrades. Further to this CSQ were appointed to provide structural consultancy services for the specification, procurement and implementation of immediately required concrete repair works.
