CSQ led the Technical Due Diligence survey across the entire hotel estate of Qasr Al Sarab by Anantara. CSQ’s report identified the immediate repair, life cycle repair and fire & life safety upgrades required over a 0-5 year period. All recommended repairs and upgrades were itemized and costed, to enable the client to make informed decisions on their development strategy for the property.
