CSQ led the Technical Due Diligence across the hotel estate that included three resorts. CSQ’s report informed the clients development wishes whilst identifying the immediate repair and life safety upgrades. Further to this CSQ were appointed to provide project and cost management consultancy services for the specification, procurement and implementation of immediately required health & safety and fire life safety works.
